The minimum salaries for highly skilled migrants, European blue card holders, and intra corporate transferee (ICT) have been announced.
In the Netherlands, highly skilled migrants are subject to specific salary requirements to qualify for a residence permit under the Dutch Highly Skilled Migrant Program. These salary thresholds vary based on age and whether the individual is a recent graduate. The thresholds are adjusted every year, often based on the inflation in the country. The applicable salary requirements for 2024 are listed below:
Highly Skilled Migrants 30 years or older:
€ 5.331 excluding the mandatory in the Netherlands 8% holiday allowance;
Highly Skilled Migrants younger than 30 years:
€ 3.909 excluding the mandatory in the Netherlands 8% holiday allowance;
Highly Skilled Migrants subsequent to graduation or after search year permit/highly educated persons:
€ 2.801 excluding the mandatory in the Netherlands 8% holiday allowance;
The Highly Skilled Migrant salary thresholds listed above also apply to Intra-Corporate Transferee Directive residence permit applications.

It’s important to note that the Immigration Authorities have not yet updated the list, and this is scheduled to occur at the beginning of 2024. The salaries currently available on the website apply to the year 2023.
